Made by hand and formed into irregular shapes, each concrete overlay applied to the exterior of my handcrafted rectangular washbowl brings about traces of spring renewal and hints of romance. Denoted by rosy pink, muted gray and grassy green hues, the cement plates administer a dreamy illusion of idyllic bliss.

As if carved from the stonework of Roman-Greek bath houses, my mossy green basin elicits a correlated alliance between nature unspoiled by man and today's modern industrialized civilization.
